If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons outside of our control, we are not responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have it re-shipped. If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and/or signed for, we are not liable to send a replacement package. You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.
