USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States. Your order will be shipped via Priority Mail or First Class.
All orders require a processing time of up to 10 business days from the time you place your order. This does not include weekends or holidays (so sorry!).
After your order has been processed, it will ship. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or text that will let you know where your goods are. This will be sent to the email or phone number you provided when you ordered. If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam folder!
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons outside of our control, we are not responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have it re-shipped. The customer will be responsible for an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped. If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and/or signed for, we are not liable to send a replacement package. You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or delays due to weather conditions. If you have questions about the status of your package, please reach out directly to the carrier.
